• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

• ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  General Licensing Objectives

  Sales will only be of  'Jenkyn Place' produced wine. Sales will be:-

                        Off the premises sales to customers arriving by appointment or delivered by courier. Mostly sales by the case.

                        Only on the premises sales will be in conjunction with 'vineyard tours' supervised by the premises supervisor.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives

  The storage garage/wine store is within the curtilege of Jenkyn Place which is very secure. Either the premises supervisor or security staff are usually on site.

  Any on the premises will be to customers taking a 'vineyard tour' which will be supervised by the premises supervisor.

   

  Public Safety Objectives

  The storage garage/wine store and the vineyard is considered by the premises supervisor to be a safe environment. Staff are on hane to ensure public safety.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives

  The storage garage/wine store is within the crtilege of Jenkyn Place and is very secure. It is not considered by the premises supervisor that it is likely to attract persons intent on causing a public nuisance.

  Any events within the vineyard will be well supervised, and it is not envisaged that more than 100 persons will be present at any one time.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm Objectives

  No alcohol will be sold to children.

  The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.
