Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions

1. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

2. Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

AN EVENT SAFETY PLAN WILL BE DEVELOPED AND ISSUED TO THE POLICE AND OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES.

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER

THE EVENT WILL BE WELL COVERED BY A POLICE PRESENCE WHO SUPPORT THE EVENT - ORGANISERS ARE WORKING VERY CLOSELY WITH THE LOCAL CONSTABULARY.

PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES

FIRST AID WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH THE POLICE AND COVERED WITHIN THE EVENT SAFETY PLAN AND RISK ASSESSMENT
THERE WILL BE ADULTS/MARSHALLS AT THE EVENT THROUGHOUT THE DAY
PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHOUT PERSONAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT.

THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES

POLICE PRESENCE
MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED AT A REASONABLE VOLUME AND ONLY BETWEEN THE STATED HOURS.
WHEELIE BINS WILL BE PROVIDED AND EMPTIED AT THE END OF THE DAY AND THE LITTER DISPOSED OF APPROPRIATELY
