• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

  Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985

   

  DRINKING UP TIME

   

  The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

  General Objectives

  Cafe Baa Baa is a safe environment for customers to enjoy either having a quiet drink, a relaxed lunch or supper or being creative Ceramic Painting with non toxic Paints. Grayshott Pottery does the glazing and firing.

   

  Prevention of crime and disorder Objectives

  Will not sell alcohol knowingly to someone who is drunk. Do not have a happy hour. 100% object to drug use. Will not sell alcohol if I think the person or persons are under age need to show identification.

   

  Public Safety Objectives

  Safe environment for my customers either eating or drinking or both.

   

  Prevention of public nuisance Objectives

  To ensure my customers leave in an orderly manner respecting people who live in the surrounding area. Keeping music at a level purely for background. Kitchen takes last food orders by 9.30pm. Garden closes around 10.00pm.

   

  Protection of children from harm Objectives

  Have to be accompanied by adults.
