• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

  EMBEDDED PROVISIONS

   

  It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:

   

  Children & Young Persons Act 1933

  Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955

  Licensing Act 1964

  Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985

   

  DRINKING UP TIME

   

  The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

   

  PREMISES OPENING HOURS

   

  The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.

  ANNEX 3 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  Following an assessment of the premises and its surrounding area the following is proposed:

  30 minute "drinking up" time will allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories etc

  In order to further the licensing objectives the licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, AWP machines, cigarette machines and any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which may impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use exits or escape routes without impediment.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES

   

  Most customers are local. Member of pubwatch. Lighting in the car park and exterior areas. No other licensed premises in close proximity.

   

  PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES

   

  Health and hygiene certificate held. Smoke alarms. Fire fighting equipment available. Smoking charter in operation.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES

   

  Fabric of the building retains sound. Managed customer departure. No adjoining residents. No other pubs in the vicinity. Lockable windows. Air conditioning installed.

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES

   

  No children allowed on the premises. Designated childrens area in the garden.
