Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

  EMBEDDED PROVISIONS

   

  It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:

   

  Children & Young Persons Act 1933

  Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955

  Licensing Act 1964

  Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985

• ANNEX 3 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives

  I.D scheme in place (look younger than 21 then I.D). Substantial hot food will be served at all events. New Years Eve or any other band will be ticket entry only other than jazz. Responsible refreshments at all time. Good cliental and dress code.

   

  Public Safety Objectives

  Promotion of sensible drinking, non-alcoholic beverages on sale. Designated driver campaign. No more than 100 persons at any one time. Completely non-smoking establishment. Correct fire procedure. Clearly marked exits. Staff training on emergency situations.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives

  During events we will ask customers via the band and signs on the menu to leave premises quietly and responsibly, not allowing glasses outside. Keeping a good cliental at all times. Responsible drinking provision of non alcoholic refreshments on sale at all times and hot hearty food.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm Objectives

  We are a non smoking establishment. We have  an I.D scheme. We serve an extensive child’s menu. We admit no children under 14 after nine o'clock. We have removed all our fruit machines. We have a large selection of soft drinks. All under 18's accompanied by an adult.

• ANNEX 4 - CONDITIONS

   

  All external windows and doors must be kept closed, other than for access and egress in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.

   

  Music and voices emanating from the premises between 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours shall not be audible in the nearest noise sensitive dwelling.

   

  Patrons using the beer garden after 22:00 hours shall not cause disturbance to properties in the vicinity.
