ANNEX 3 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES
The measures currently in place will extend to cover all trading hours and these measures include the following:
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES
As a rural outlet, good contact with local police is well established for any matters of crime and disorder (including drug use).
Proof of age is always requested when thought necessary for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco.
PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES
Fire exit signs are displayed together with emergency lighting system.
Fire extinguishers and a disabled exit route from the building are available.
First aid equipment is located in the bar area and kitchen. Ventilation is provided by fans and windows.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES
Again as a rural house all persons when leaving either take their vehicle, arrange to be collected or walk home.
Car parking area is large and on the premises site.
30 minutes cooling down time.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES
All children are accompanied by their parents within all areas of the premises.
