• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

• ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES                                                       

   

  General Licensing Objectives

  No general conditions are proposed, other than the mandatory conditions in the Licensing Act 2003, on the basis that there is no reason to believe that the proposed variation will give rise to any general problem.

   

  Prevention of crime and disorders objective

  Offer here to provide CCTV IF premises already have CCTV - otherwise, There are no Crime and Disorder problems associated with these premises and no additional conditions are proposed.

   

  Public Safety objectives 

  There are no Public Safety issues associated with the premises or the proposed variation and no additional conditions are proposed.

   

  Prevention of public nuisance objectives

  There are no public nuisance issues associated and no additional conditions are proposed save that the use of external area for drinking shall cease no later than 23.00

   

  Protection of children from harm objectives

  Children who are not resident under the age of 14 will not be permitted to remain in the premises after 22.30

  ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1. No drinking is to take place outdoors after 23.00 hours.

   

  2. All external doors and windows are to be kept shut after 22.00 hours when the following licensable activities are taking place:

   

     - Live music, recorded music, provision of facilities for making music, provision of facilities for dancing.
