ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES
To bring to the Club's Management Committee's attention any relevant points involved, with the four licensing objectives, that arise from whatever source.
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES
To discourage members from sitting or lingering on the forecourt of the Club after 2200 hours by making a Club byelaw to this effect.
PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES
To reconsider the RADAR report completed by them in 2001 on the Club's building and facilities with the object of making any improvement to aid the disabled or infirm, which may now be possible.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES
To replace a sign in the exit porch asking all persons leaving the Club to do so quietly. The "Electronic Notice Board" in the clubroom also to record this notice. To check the noise levels outside the Club on Live music nights to ensure that noise nuisance is absent. Should the Management Committee consider that noise nuisance has arisen then the question of investing in Noise Limiters will be looked into.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES
Place on the backboard of each darts board a sign on white background with a black edging and red bold letters recording "The Club do not wish to discourage minors from playing darts but it insists that they be supervised at all times by a parent/guardian".
