ANNEX 3 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES
Following an assessment of the premises and its surrounding area the following is proposed:
30 minute "drinking up" time will allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories etc
In order to further the licensing objectives the licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, AWP machines, cigarette machines and or any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which may impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use exits or escape routes without impediment.
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES
Member of Pubwatch. Most customers are local. No other premises in close proximity. Exterior areas lit well.
PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES
Fire fighting equipment available. Smoking charter in force. Fire alarm installed. Emergency lighting installed. Health and hygiene certificate held.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES
Fabric of the building retains sound. No adjoining residents. No other pubs in close proximity. Managed customer departure. Lockable windows installed. Alcohol to be served for consumption in the beer garden no later than 2300 and the beer garden to close no later than 2330. All external windows and doors to be kept closed, other than for access and egress when regulated entertainment is being provided.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES
No children under 8 years. No unaccompanied children. Children allowed in no smoking dining room area only, away from cigarette machine. No gaming machines. No striptease, nudity or restricted film exhibition.
