Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

  ANNEX 2 -

   

  DRINKING UP TIME

   

  The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

   

  PREMISES OPENING HOURS

   

  The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.

   

• ANNEX 3 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  No general conditions are proposed, other than the mandatory conditions in the Licensing Act 2003, on the basis that there is no reason to believe that the proposed variation will give rise to any general problem.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES

   

  To maintain membership of the local Pubwatch scheme or similar, as long as such a scheme is in operation.

   

  PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES

   

  There are no Public Safety issues associated with the premises or the proposed variation and no additional conditions are proposed.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES

   

  There are no public nuisance issues associated with the premises and no additional conditions are proposed save that the use of outside areas for drinking shall be limited to 2300.

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES

   

  Children under the age of 14 will not be permitted to remain in the premises after 2100. If any film is shown that has not been previously broadcast before 2000 hours on television, it will be subject to an appropriate age classification and children under the appropriate age will not be permitted in the premises when the film is shown.
