EMBEDDED PROVISIONS
It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:
Children & Young Persons Act 1933
Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
Licensing Act 1964
Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
DRINKING UP TIME
The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.
PREMISES OPENING HOURS
The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.
1.No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
a) a member of the said club who has been a member for at least two days or whose nomination was made at least two days before his admission.
b) guest of such a member bona fide entertained by him at his own expense.
c) a person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by rule 4 of the rules of the club.
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied except to a member in person.
There shall be rules of the club for the election of members and a copy of such rules and any other rules shall be deposited with the Clerk to the Licensing Justices. Notice of any alteration in any of the rules shall be given to the Licensing Justices within fourteen days.
A list of the names and addresses of all members of the said club shall be kept on the premises and produced on demand for inspection by a constable in uniform.
No alterations shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members referred to in paragraph 1(C) above without the consent of the Licensing Justices.
No application shall be made under the authority of the licence for the grant of an occasional licence.
