Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
General objectives
This is a Members only Club. All staff are trained on licensing issues. The club has CCTV and entrance is by membership only. All fire regulations have been adhered to. Regular maintenance to fire and safety equipment by outside contractors. At the request of the police, the CCTV surveillance is recorded.
Prevention of crime and disorder
No previous trouble requiring attendance by Police. The premises has CCTV cameras which are recorded.
Public safety
A first aid box is kept on the premises at all times. All requirements of the Fire Authority have been adhered to.
Prevention of publicc nuisance
Noise levels are monitored. No complaints regarding noise levels or any other complaints have ever been received by the club.
Protection of children from harm
Children are allowed on the premises only either when alcohol is not being sold e.g. for under 18 discos, or when they are accompanied by adults for private functions e.g. birthday parties, weddings etc. All bar staff are trained on the Licensing Act and in particular how this applies to minors and the sale of alcohol. Proof of age cards/identity are requested where necessary.
The Premises has Table Dancing on occasional nights and similar adult entertainment. Members and guests only are admitted and Children are not admitted on to the Premises during opening hours.
Embedded provisions
It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:
· Children & Young Persons Act 1933
· Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
· Licensing Act 1964
· Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
Enclosed separately are conditions relating to the Standard Conditions that were attached to one or more of the following licences held under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, Cinemas Act 1985, Theatres Act 1968;

Not more than 400 persons shall be permitted to be on the premises at any one time.
1. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise than to a member of the club (who has been a member for at least 2 days or whose admission or application for a membership was made at least 2 days before his admission) servants of the club or a guest of such member bona fide entertained by him at his own expense or a person whose admission to the club premises is provided by the rules of the said club.
2. No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied for consumption off the premises.
3. There shall be rules of the club for the election of members & a copy of such rules or any other rules shall be deposited with the clerk to the licensing justices. Notice of any alterations in any of the rules shall be given to the clerk to the licensing justices within 14 days. There shall be no alteration to the rules governing the objects of the club, categories & ages of persons entitled to admission, without the consent of the licensing committee.
4. A list of names & addresses of all members of the said club shall be kept on the premises & produced on demand for inspection by a constable in uniform.
5. No application shall be made under the authority of the licence for the grant of an occasional licence.
6. No alteration shall be made in the rule providing for the admission of persons other than members without the consent of the licensing justices.
The maintained emergency lighting to be operated as maintained i.e. they are illuminated whenever the premises are open.
