• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

• ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  General licensing objectives

  All windows and doors will be kept closed during the playing of music.

   

  Prevention of crime and disorder objectives

  Any violation or act of disorder the offender will be evicted from the premises.

  There is CCTV in the snooker room, behind the bar, cellar area and lounge.

  Fighting is not tolerated.

  In the pub watch group.

   

  Public safety objectives

  There are lights in the car park.

  Staffs are trained in first aid, fire safety, health and hygiene and health and safety.

  All electrical equipment has been PAT tested.

  RCD has to be used at all times for discos etc.

   

  Prevention of public nuisance objectives

  Notices are placed at exits for a quiet exit.

  Every staff member will sign a declaration to say they will not serve anyone under the influence of alcohol.

  Toilets are sprayed to stop the use of drugs.

  Any alcohol brought onto the premises will be kept until the persons leave.

   

  Protection of children from harm objectives

  A child protection policy is in place.

  Children have to be supervised at all times.

  ID is asked for if there is any doubt of age.

  No children admitted to adult evenings.

  Under 18's will not be served or brought alcohol by an older person.

• ANNEX 3 - Conditions attached by a hearing held on 21 May 2009

   

  1. All regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the boundary of the nearest residential premises between 22:00 hours and 10:00 hours the following day;

   

  2. All external windows and doors shall be kept closed when music is being played, except for access and egress;

   

  3. Live music performed outdoors shall not be amplified.
