Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) A club premises certificate may not authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises unless it also authorises the supply of alcohol to a member of the club for consumption on those premises.

   

  (2) A club premises certificate which authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must include the following conditions.

   

  (3) The first condition is that the supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

   

  (4) The second condition is that any alcohol supplied for alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

   

  (5) The third condition is that any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

   

  (6) Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

  ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  General Licensing Objectives

  Club Rule book.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives

  We have CCTV in snooker room and car park - behind bar in cellar - covers people entering the club.

  It is re-iterated to each member that bad behaviour will not be tolerated and will be banned from the club premises.

  We are part of the town pub watch programme.

   

  Public Safety Objectives

  Make sure rules are adhered to.

  Staff are trained in Health and Hygiene.

  Staff are trained in Fire Safety.

  Staff are trained in First Aid.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives

  A person who is seen to be under the influence of alcohol will not be served and be asked to leave the premises.

  Alcohol brought onto the premises from outside will be confiscated until the end of the evening or when they leave.

  Committee members are on hand to ensure club rules are kept.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm Objectives

  A child protection policy is in place.

  As per rule book - children have to be supervised at all times.

  Juniors members are 16 years of age.

  No children admitted to adult evenings.

  No under 18's will be served with alcohol nor can parents buy for anybody under age.

   

   

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS BY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

   

  Regulated activities shall be inaudible beyond the site boundary after 22:00.

   

  All windows and doors shall remain closed except for access and egress during live or amplified music.

   

  Signage will be put up to ask customers to leave quietly.

   

   

• ANNEX 4 - CONDITION BY HEALTH & SAFETY

   

  In order to reduce the risk of electrocution, all entertainers' electrical equipment, including mains powered microphones, will be protected by residual current devices (RCDs) which will be tested each time before use.
