EMBEDDED PROVISIONS
It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:
Children & Young Persons Act 1933
Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
Licensing Act 1964
Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
PREMISES OPENING HOURS
The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.
DRINKING UP TIME
The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.
1. a) Intoxicating liquor may be supplied on the premises only to persons who are taking table meals there and as an ancillary to that meal. b) Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (incl. Drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises. 2. a) There shall be afforded in the premises for persons provided with board & lodging for reward, adequate sitting accommodation in a room not used or to be used for sleeping accommodation for the service of substantial refreshment or for the supply or consumption of intoxicating liquor. b) Persons residing there or their private friends, bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such a person or his private friend, so entertained by him either on the premises or with a meal supplied at, but to be consumed off the premises. 3. Comply with fire officer recommendations.
