• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

  EMBEDDED PROVISIONS

   

  It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:

   

  Children & Young Persons Act 1933

  Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955

  Licensing Act 1964

  Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985

   

  DRINKING UP TIME

  The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

   

  PREMISES OPENING HOURS

  The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.

  General Licence objectives

  Strong management controls and effective training ensuring that the key 4 licensing objectives are always enforced.

   

  Prevention of crime and disorder objectives

  Responsible management of the premises at all times. Training and supervision of all staff. Adopting best practice guide- Portman Group, NAHR and other voluntry codes of practice. Member of pub watch. Installed security lighting etc.

   

  Public safety objectives

  Risk management assessment checked daily and effective and responsible management at all times. Training and supervision of all staff, adoption of best practises. Regular testing and certification of all procedures, systems and appliances pertinent to safety.

   

  Prevention of public nuisance

  Responsible management at all times. Regular visits to all areas of the premises. Management of customers, staff and deliveries arriving and leaving the premises. External lighting installed and taxi pick up point by local company. Effective ventilation systems and management of litter.

   

  Protection of children from harm.

  Chilren only allowed in the lounge bar with adult until 21:00 and in garden(summer ) until 22.00. Proof of age scheme with photo ID only.

                                                                                                                                                     

  Outdoor live entertainment will take place on no more than 6 occasions.
