Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
General Licensing Objectives
Following an assessment of the premises and its surrounding area the following is proposed: 30 minute "drinking up" time will allow appropriate dispersal, use of lavatories etc. In order to further the licensing objectives the licensee reserves the right to move the fire appliances, AWP machines, cigarette machines and or any other similar objects temporarily in a fixed location which may impact on the ability of individuals on the premises to use exits or escape routes without impediment.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives
CCTV covers servery areas, garden and office. Member of pub watch. One village pub in the proximity. Car park and exterior areas are well lit. Alarm system throughout the premises.
Public Safety Objectives
Fire detection installed throughout. Illuminated emergency lighting. Fire fighting equipment and fire doors. Trained first aider on site at all times. Smoking Charter in force. Disabled access/egress to dining area. Grab bars in the toilet.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Building retains sound. Managed customer departure. No adjoining residents. Lockable windows. Amplified music managed in the late evening.
Protection of Children from Harm
No unaccompanied children allowed. Children must vacate the bar area by 21.00. No gaming machines. Dining area non smoking. Letting rooms requested non smoking. No striptease, nudity or restricted film exhibition.
EMBEDDED PROVISIONS
It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:
Children & Young Persons Act 1933
Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
Licensing Act 1964
Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
No unaccompanied children. Must be off site by 21.00.
Both fires to be guarded by nursery guards bolted to the wall.
No children shall remain in the bar when darts are being played.
Enclosed separately are conditions relating to the Standard Conditions that were attached to one or more of the following licences held under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, Cinemas Act 1985, Theatres Act 1968;

Not more than 100 persons shall be permitted to be on the premises at any one time.
