Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  (1) A club premises certificate may not authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises unless it also authorises the supply of alcohol to a member of the club for consumption on those premises.

   

  (2) A club premises certificate which authorises the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must include the following conditions.

   

  (3) The first condition is that the supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

   

  (4) The second condition is that any alcohol supplied for alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

   

  (5) The third condition is that any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

   

  (6). Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

  24 Hour CCTV equipment covering all of the premises both inside and out.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES

   

  24 Hour CCTV equipment covering all of the premises both inside and out.

  Installation of Air Conditioning to premises to prevent noise leaving the premises.

  Installation of double glazed, locked windows to prevent noise leaving the premises.

  No admission after 2300.

  Signage asking members and their guests to leave quietly.

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES

  ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1. From 2100 hours onwards, a member of the staff or of the committee shall make a check on the outside of the premises every 30 minutes to ensure that the patrons are not causing any public nuisance.

  2. During all regulated entertainment all windows and doors (except when being used for access) shall remain closed after 2200 hours.

  3. Condition as offered: no patrons of the Club will be allowed to remain in the outside area of the premises after 2300 hours.

   

  Please note - Supply of Alcohol - for the avoidance of doubt, off sales should only take place to members and their guests.
