  1. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  2.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

   

  GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES

  I have been established and licensed to operate in this location for many years. I try to provide the best possible hygenic and safety conscious service to the public.

   

  PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES

  I try and prevent disorder by trying to calm down any situation before disorder occurs.

   

  PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES 

  I work to the food safety standards. Power generation device and gas bottles are located in special, steel compartments which are lockable and fully ventilated.

   

  PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES

  I try to keep the noise down, and prevent it getting out of control. My generator is located behind a sealed door in a ventilated steel enclosure.

   

  PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES

  They have to be accompained by an adult whenever possible. Also the serving access has been positioned to dissuade children. 

   

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS FROM A HEARING

   

  Conditions attached following a hearing on 30 November 2007

   

  The Sub-Committee has decided to grant the application for a Premises Licence until 12:00 midnight.

   

  The Sub-Committee has decided to impose the following conditions, as agreed with parties, in order to prevent public nuisance.

   

  1.              The kebab van shall only operate within the area cross-hatched in black, on the attached plan, except where this is not practicable;

   

  2.              If the Kebab van is unannable to operate from within the area cross-hatched in black on the attached plan than an inverter is to be used to avoid the use of a generator. The inverter shall not be used until its use has been approved in writing by East Hampshire District Council's Environmental Protection Manager;

   

  3.              Other than the continuous routine cleaning which is necessary to maintain hygienic food business operation, the main clean and wash up at the end of evening trading must be carried out at the licence holder's home address;

   

  4.              Signage to be applied to the outside of the van asking patrons to respect the neighbours and queue quietly:

   

  5.              Signage to be applied to the outside of the van stating that no food will be served or sold after midnight.
