ANNEX 1 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
General Licensing Objectives
Our membership consider the items listed in the following objectives are critical to our operational running. Our management committee are constantly reviewing and maintaining covering procedures.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives
Buildings and car park areas are locked when not in use. Irregular visits are made by members. There are supervisors patrolling the building and property.
Public Safety Objectives
Seating arrangements allow evacuation in the event of fire. Escape routes are announced to the audience at every performance, ensuring that a first aider is available.
Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives
We patrol the car park and general public areas on a regular basis. There is adequate lighting in these areas also. We have supervisors on hand in public areas. We have notices to remind audiences of our neighbours.
Protection of Children from Harm Objectives
We operate and comply to the Hampshire County Council's matron and chaperone scheme. First aider available.
