ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
General Licensing Objectives
The Parish Council will ensure that all groups using the licensed premises undertake to adhere to the policies specified below, and where alcohol is supplied that they provide a premises supervisor. These policies are being adopted by the Parish Council . An annual review will be conducted by a licensing sub-committee, which will consist of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman of Planning and Conservation committee and Chairman of Recreation and Amenities Committee.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives
Where alcohol is supplied the premises supervisor will be required to ensure that prominent signs are displayed adjacent to the bar counter and entrances making it cleat that sales to and consumption by individuals under the age of 18 is not permitted. Service will be refused to individuals that are drunk and/or displaying disorderly conduct, or to individuals providing alcohol to them.
Public Safety Objectives
Glass receptacles will not be used. On the occasion of the annual village party additional Police presence will be required.
Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives
Advance notice of timings and nature of each event will be provided by prominently displayed notices and/or documentation delivered door-to-door. Feedback will be invited before and after the event.
Protection of Children from Harm Objectives
On the occasion of the annual village party additional Police presence will be required.
