ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives
The Bar Secretary and members of the club are responsible to prevent any crime and disorder taking place on the premises at all times. The Club Rules identify the Bar Secretary in section 11b.
Public Safety Objectives
The Bar Secretary and members of the club are responsible to identify issues affecting public safety and address them as appropriate. Any occurrences where public safety may be comprised will be addressed immediately. The Club Rules identify the Bar Secretary in section 11b.
Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives
The Bar Secretary and members of the Club are responsible in limiting the activities of the Club so as not to cause a public nuisance. To this end the Bar Secretary identified in Section 11 of the Club Rules, is responsible for purchasing and supplying of intoxicating liquor.
Protection of Children from Harm Objectives
The Bar Secretary and Club Rules ensure that alcohol is not served to anybody under the age of 18 (section 11 item c Club Rules) Children are not allowed in the Club Bar Area.
