• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

• ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  General Licensing Objectives

  Alcohol will only be served to adult diners. Music will be played as a background addition to create an ambience. Live music will not be excessively loud. Staff will be trained in how to deal with difficult situations and how to keep themselves and the public safe.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives

  Any suspiscious behaviour will be reported to the relevant authority. All anti-social behaviour will be discouraged and if necessary, the relevant authorities will be involved.

   

  Public Safety Objectives

  External lighting is fitted to the premises and will be maintained. Numbers will not exceed 38 diners on the premise internally. Fire exits are clearly marked. Fire extinguishers are maintained and serviced.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives

  All anti social behaviour will be discouraged. Noise levels from live music will not be unreasonably loud. Clients will be encouraged to leave in a quiet and orderly manner. Event will not be held more than once weekly except perhaps during the Christmas period.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm Objectives

  Children will not be allowed on the premises after 1900hours except with an adult. Staff will be trained on laws of selling alcohol to minors and this training revisited regularly. Children will not be allowed to sit on outside tables unaccompanied.

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS

   

  All external windows and doors must be kept closed other than for access and egress when events involving any amplified music or speech are taking place after 17:00.
