• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

• ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  General Licensing Objectives

  Keep a good relationship with local Police, pub watch and neighbourhood watch. Maintain respectful relationship with neighbours and surrounding businesses. To ensure staff are trained and aware of licence rules.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives

  Staff will not be permitted to serve or sell alcohol to any person who appears to be drunk or to a companion. Anyone who behaves in a disorderly manner will be asked to leave the premises. No drugs will be permitted on the premises.

   

  Public Safety Objectives

  To take every measure to ensure public areas are maintained to high and safe standard. To ensure no criminal offence takes place in restaurant and it is a safe and peaceful environment for the public.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives

  To keep noise levels to a minimum particularly in the evening. To keep clean and safe premises. To avoid at all costs disorderly customers.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm Objectives

  Children under age of 18 years will not be served or sold alcohol. If an adult with the party wishes  a 16 or 17 year old to drink beer or wine they may do so. No alcohol will be accessible to under 18's. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
