  PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES

   

  Risk assessment for each event. Adequate Health & Safety training.  

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES

   

  Notify neighbours of late hour events.  

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES

   

  Safeguarding children policy adhered to. Parents responsible for children out of school hours. Adequate adult supervision.

   

  CONDITIONS BY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

  1. All regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises between 22.00hrs and 08.30hrs Monday to Sunday.
  
  2. Prominent clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that customers respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
  
  3. All windows and doors shall be kept shut when amplified music is being played indoors after 21.00 hours, except for access and egress.
