Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions

1. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

2. Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

Annex 2 - Licensing Objectives

Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives
Access to and from space has CCTV coverage. All planned events would have a full risk assessment and a nominated supervisor(s) on site during licensed events. Local Police informed of events calendar.

Public Safety Objectives
All power supplies designed to be loackable and tamperproof.
Full first aid facilities at Community Centre. All public liability insurance in force to £10m.

Protection of Children from Harm Objectives
Any event involving children would require organisers to be suitably qualified and DBS vetted.

Conditions to be attached to licences that have live music. Add to annex 2.

The provision of live music between 0800-2300 is not licensable (and so any conditions relating to the provisions of live music do not apply) if:

The performance is unamplified;
The performance is amplified and takes place to an audience of no more than 200 persons.
The performance must take place when the premises are open for the supply/sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises.
