Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
The Company operates a robust training policy for all staff, particularly in relation to age restricted sales.
The Company operates sound stock taking procedures to monitor the alcohol sales.
Staff training emphasises vigilance in monitoring and checking customers age.
The Company operate a Challenge 25 policy and staff are trained as to acceptable forms of identification. Acceptable ID being UK passport, UK driving licence with a photo and Path Logo photo ID card. The same policy is adopted for cigarette sales.
The premises will operate a CCTV system recording images and retaining the same for a period of 28 days on CD.
The CCTV system is maintained regularly to check for any repairs or defects.
Notice are displayed throughout the premises advising customers of the Company’s policy in relation to age related sales.
Staff are trained not to serve persons who are clearly intoxicated with alcohol or drugs.
There is a reporting procedure within the company for all incidents and these are reviewed to identify any trends or issues.
Notices will be displayed asking patrons to consider their neighbours.
Deliveries will normally only take place during working hours and very occasionally at weekends.
