Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
General objectives
The club is run as a private members club with a strong Committee and staff. CCTV cameras operate both inside and outside the premises.
Prevention of crime and disorder
As above, we are mainly a family club with strong local ties.
The committee and members are very concerned that our neighbours are not disturbed and that our members obey our rules. We have a strict disciplinary code as approved by the CIU.
Public safety
The public use our car park as a short cut to the shops, we make sure this is a safe route. Only guests of members are allowed to use the premises. We do not hire the hall to members of the public.
Prevention of public nuisance
Members are reminded regularly to have concern for our neighbours and to depart quietly. Appropriate notices are posted.
Protection of children from harm
No children are allowed in the club unless they are with a responsible adult. We allow junior members of age 16+ to play pool etc. Their membership card is marked "Junior", bar staff are informed about all junior members (approx 10)
