Annex 2 Licensing Objectives
General Licensing Objectives
The Club Committee meets monthly at which time the manageress is required to report on the previous months activities. The Club President, Secretary and Treasurer also have weekly meetings with the manageress. Any issues relating to the four licensing objectives would be discussed and resolved at the earliest opportunity within the above framework.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives
By undertaking staff training to ensure the club operates within its agreed parameters. By stating that the manageress or delegate is empowered to suspend or terminate any function that is not compiling with the terms of the club certificate, the rules of the club or may be leading to a situation where crime and disorder may occur.
Public Safety Objectives
By compliance with all statutory regulations relating to Fire Safety risks, appropriate signage, fire extinguishers, emergency exits lighting and evacuation procedures.
Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives
By drawing users attention to the club requirements that public nuisance is unacceptable and would lead to the suspension or cessation of use if in the opinion of the manageress or delegate public nuisance were likely to occur. Display of notices asking all these leaving the club to do so quietly and considerately.
Protection of Children form Harm Objectives
The club is a family friendly environment wher echildren would always be accompanied / suspervised by a responsible adult. The only social event that is put on specifically for children is a christmas party that is run by adults. Most social events are adult only with the exception of a members wedding anniversary or birthday party where younger family members could be present.
