ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)
3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.
4. Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULEGeneral ObjectivesNo additional steps have been identified as necessary by Risk Assessments.Statutory controls, restrictions and penalties apply. The local Licensing Policy and Guidance including the guidance of the police and fire authority have been considered and observed in preparing this application.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder ObjectivesAvoidance of risk already identified by Risk Assessment with resultant preventative measures including staff training, appraisal, supervision and adequate presence including male security where identified as necessary; signs, proof of age (21) documentation with photograph requirement; CCTV (inside and outside, monitored, tapes retained 28 days minimum). Records maintained of all the above involvement where available in local crime avoidance partnerships. Public Safety ObjectivesAvoidance of risk already identified by Risk Assessment with resultant preventative measures particularly in relation to health and safety and fire.Last Health and Safety and Fire Safety Risk Assessments undertaken in 2004 with no significant findings; next due in 2006.The Prevention of Public Nuisance ObjectivesSale of alcohol for consumption off the premises only. Avoidance of risk already identified by Risk Assessment with resultant preventative measures as stated in The Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives.Litter/refuse disposal requirements of local authority observed. Local conflict avoidance promoted with crime concern organisation where available and availability for discussion with local residents and organisations as necessary.
