Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
1. A closed circuit TV monitoring system to be maintained and record images for at least 21 days that will be handed to Police/Local Authority on request.
2. Signage to be displayed stating that it is an offence for people under 18 to purchase alcohol.
3. No deliveries to take place between 2300 hours and 0600 hours the following day.
4. All staff to be trained in the 'Challenge 25' Scheme.
5. 'Challenge 25' posters to be displayed within the store.
6. Tills to provide electronic till prompts to remind staff to check the age of persons purchasing alcohol.
7. When alcohol sales are challenged or refused a record is to be made in an 'Age Refusals Register'.

It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:
· Children & Young Persons Act 1933
· Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
· Licensing Act 1964
· Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
