Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
General objectives
A clear risk register will be overseen and maintained regularly.
Prevention of crime and disorder
All ticket holders will have wristbands to identify them as being part of the festival.
Any incidences of crime of disorder will be logged in the Event Incident Log Book including, the date and time of the incident; a general description of the incident with a description of offenders and or persons involved.
Lighting is provided throughout the site area including on the campsite and on the car park. Plastic glasses will be used for all outside areas of the site. Clear signs informing the public that glass can not be taken beyond the point of The Star Inn. All drinks for consumption on the village green will be served in plastic glasses.
Public safety
Clear walkways coned off from the car park to the village green and from the camp site to the village green are provided.
Toilets are provided.
Prevention of public nuisance
There will be signs around the site advising members of the public to return to the car park or the campsite in a quiet and respectful manner.
Bins will be provided. Bins will not be emptied between 11pm-7am.
Protection of children from harm
Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
All staff are trained to ask for clear identification of either a driving licence or passport when serving alcohol should there be any doubt about the age of the person. If someone is refused service as they cannot provide identification, this will be logged as a refusal of service in the event incident log book.
