ANNEX 2 -
EMBEDDED PROVISIONS
It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:
Children & Young Persons Act 1933
Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
Licensing Act 1964
Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
Enclosed separately are conditions relating to the Standard Conditions that were attached to one or more of the following licences held under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, Cinemas Act 1985, Theatres Act 1968;
. Public Entertainments Licence
. Theatre Licence
. Cinema Licence
Not more than 158 persons in the main hall and 50 persons in the Lounge Bar shall be permitted to be on the premises at any one time.
CHILDRENS CERTIFICATE
No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless he is there prior to 9pm.
DRINKING UP TIME
The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.
PREMISES OPENING HOURS
The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.
Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied otherwise than to:-
a) Members of the Horndean Community Association and their bona fide
guests
b) Persons employed at the associations premises
c) Persons attending bona fide functions by ticket or invitation only, such
tickets to be issued or sold not less than 24 hours before the function
There shall be no off sales.
