EMBEDDED PROVISIONS
It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:
Children & Young Persons Act 1933
Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
Licensing Act 1964
Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
Not more than 300 persons shall be permitted to be on the premises at any one time.
Enclosed separately are conditions relating to the Standard Conditions that were attached to one or more of the following licences held under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, Cinemas Act 1985, Theatres Act 1968;

. Cinema Licence
Additional, maintained type, emergency luminaire is to be fitted above the entrance to the dance floor to illuminate the different floor level in order to prevent slips, trips, or falls.
At the entrance to the dance floor the step must be highlighted to prevent slips, trips or falls (this additional to the fixing of an emergency luminaire.)
A procedure is to be put in place to ensure that the battery back up system fir the emergency lighting system is discharged 6 monthly to ensure its effectiveness.
DRINKING UP TIME
The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.
