ANNEX 1 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES
I have regular contact with the local police who visit my shop and if there are any problems relating to crime and disorder. I am able to seek help and advice. All customers are advised to ensure no litter is left outside of the premises. All the food that I provide is in sealed containers and I do not have any facilities for the consumption of food on the premises.
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES
Never sell alcoholic drink in my shop to prevent drunken persons causing trouble.
PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES
Provide a calm and safe environment to customers while they are waiting for food.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES
Customers are advised not to create any noise to disturb the surrounding area while they are waiting for food.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES
No gambling facilities, alcoholic drinks or tobacco are provided in my shop so children are safe to visit my shop.
