Further details:			Alcohol may be sold or supplied: For one hour following the hours set out on this licence On Christmas Day, between 1500 and 1900 hours to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the premises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for the consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes or in other parts of the premises the hours set out on this licence shall continue to apply.

Additional Conditions

ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

4. Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

EMBEDDED PROVISIONS

It is a condition of your licence that you comply with the existing provisions of the following enactments:

Children & Young Persons Act 1933
Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955
Licensing Act 1964
Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985

1. Notices shall be displayed prominently throughout the premises to inform customers that for those who wish to buy, be served or consume intoxicating liquor otherwise than as an ancillary to a substantial meal normal licensing hours and laws apply.
2. Sales of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises shall not be permitted otherwise than as ancillary to a substantial meal.

DRINKING UP TIME

The restrictions on the sale or supply of alcohol do not prohibit during the first twenty minutes after the permitted hours the consumption of alcohol on the premises.

PREMISES OPENING HOURS

The premises opening hours detailed in this licence are at the discretion of the licence holder.
