ANNEX 1 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives
CCTV installed and daily records kept. Sufficient members of staff trained to keep order and good manner in all dealings with the public. Liase and good working relations with local community and Police.
Public Safety Objectives
Fire Exits clearly updated to requirements. Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms kept in good order and regularly inspected.
Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives
Liase with other businesses. Fully co-operate with the Police. Participate in neighbour hood watch. We do not serve alcohol or play music.
Protection of Children from Harm
No unaccompanied children under 14 years old after 23.00 hours.
ANNEX 2 - DECISION OF HEARING
That the application be granted as detailed below and, in addition to the attached, those matters detailed in the operating schedule and the relevant mandatory conditions under the Licensing Act 2003 will form part of the licence issued
We have received no objection from the Police to this application which suggests to us that there are no current problems or concerns for the future from the Police point of view.
We have listened carefully to all the evidence. We feel that there is no substantial evidence of problems caused or problems which will be caused to the neighbours.
So we have decided to grant this application in full and your hours will be increased to.
