ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES
GENERAL LICENSING OBJECTIVES
All permissions and restrictions inherent to the Licensing Act 1964.
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER OBJECTIVES
CCTV camera - entrance to the club.
CCTV camera - behind the bar.
Members rule book containing rules for and including disciplinary proceedings for anti social behaviour and activities.
PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES
Disabled access signage e.g., no vehicle obstruction - plus level access to the premises signage for all fire exits. Emergency lighting on 24/7. Signage of raised surfaces or steps. All walkways to be kept clear at all times - signage for this.
First Aid post on the premises.
Periodic fire exercise for attending members and guests.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES
Rule book - all members.
Signage for leaving the premises quietly - doors and windows closed where appropriate to subdue internal noise. Signage requesting the leaving quietly by vehicles i.e. engine noise and door noise, signage to keep this minimal.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES
No children to be supplied with alcohol of any description. No children at or near the bar at any time. No children at or near the gaming machines. No participation in raffles or bingo or any other gambling related event. Children to be accompanied in any area at all times - signage for all this.
