I would try and prevent disorder by trying to calm the situation down before disorder breaks out.
PUBLIC SAFETY OBJECTIVES
I work by the food safety standards.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE OBJECTIVES
I would try to keep the noise down if it gets out of hand.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM OBJECTIVES
To ensure accompanied by an adult whenever possible.
