Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. (Section 19, Licensing Act 2003)

   

  3. Where this licence authorises the exhibition of films the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with the British Board of Film Classification.

   

  4.  Where this licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, these individuals must be licensed by the Security Authority (Section 21, Licensing Act 2003).

• ANNEX 2 - LICENSING OBJECTIVES

   

  General Licensing Objectives

  The golf club will publish the objectives and how we will deliver these, to all members via its monthly newsletter and its website. They will also be published on notice boards.

  All staff will be trained on the objectives and their roles in delivering them.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder Objectives

  We will not sell or supply alcohol to a drunk person, knowingly allow disorderly conduct on the premises and not to keep on the premises any goods that have been imported without payment or duty.

  All members must comply with club rules.

  We will not sell alcohol to persons under 18.

  We will sign up to the code of good practice.

  All staff will be aware of B11AB Level 2 Chapter 4 (Drug Awareness).

  We will ask for proof of age cards.

   

  Public Safety Objectives

  We undertake risk assessment in compliance with health and safety legislation.

  All exit doors will be regularly checked to ensure correct function. Accommodation limits will be adhered to.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance Objectives

  We will have signs in the car park asking customers to respect our neighbours.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm Objectives

  Children will not be allowed at the bar. When providing children’s parties we will provide sufficient number of adults to supervise.
